Returns Policy

Here at Urban Village we clean our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in wearable condition. However, due to the nature of Vintage Clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections, we always try to give a full and accurate description. If you are not entirely satisfied and we have in some how not described the item correctly we will give you a full refund on receipt of the goods. You must return with in 7 days of receipt of your order.

The item must come back in the same condition you received it.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:
• ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN.
• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED.
• IF ANY RETURNED ITEMS SMELL OF SMOKE ETC, A CLEANING CHARGE WILL APPLY.
• WHEN RETURNING ITEMS TO URBAN VILLAGE, PLEASE SEND VIA RECORDED DELIVERY. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST POST.REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF THE ABOVE RULES ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH.

Urban Village will not be responsible for refunding the postage cost on any returned items. On receipt your refund will be processed within 7 days.
