All items can be returned and issued with a refund. Just post the item back to us and include your name and delivery address inside the parcel. Customers are liable to for return postage.
For a return to be valid we must receive your returned order within 14 days of original delivery date for UK customers, or 21 days of delivery for international customers.
We will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the returns parcel. All refunds will be processed via your original payment method used to pay for the order.

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
- Original tag must be intact.
- Items must not have been worn and must be free from odour.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
We are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us, so we recommend that you use recorded mail and retain the proof of postage. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
Please note that goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and likewise goods purchased in our stores cannot be returned online.
